Group Fitness
Sometimes people feel more encouraged and more accomplished when they have a group of people to push them. That’s why Lifetime Fitness Center offers a variety of group fitness classes to help you stay healthy. Our classes are fun, safe and challenging, and our certified fitness professionals can assist you with correct form and technique.
Classes include:

50/50 FIT: This class incorporates functional moves using a variety of equipment. Mix in some low intensity cardio moves and you have a workout that improves your muscular strength and heart at the same time!

Power Hour: Pump it up and join us for this total body strength training workout using free weights, bars, tubing and more. A workout appropriate for all fitness levels.

SilverSneakers - Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. ALL SILVERSNEAKERS CLASSES ARE 45 MINUTES IN LENGTH.

TBW (Total Body Workout): the TOTAL package—Cardio, Strength and Interval Training. Build metabolism boosting muscle AND improve cardiovascular endurance in this fun, fast paced hour-long workout!

Core Fusion: Focus in on your core strength while incorporating in some strength and in this 45 min total core workout! This class incorporates the use of equipment for variety.

Strength & Sculpt: This 45 minute class focuses on weight based training using a variety of equipment to build a lean and strong physique! For all Fitness levels.

Rise & Grind: This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This class combines full-body strength training with bursts of cardio designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day! Takes place in the group fitness room. For all Fitness levels.

Fitness Guidelines
Please remember these simple guidelines:
- See your doctor before beginning any strenuous exercise program.
- Wear comfortable attire and proper footwear. Ask your instructor for suggestions.
- If you are new to this exercise format, take it slow and give your body time to adapt to the exercise.
- Drink water before, during and after class to prevent dehydration.
- If you must arrive late or leave early from class, remember the importance of a warm-up, stretching and cool-down.
- Please notify your instructor if you have special concerns such as pregnancy, chronic health conditions or are recovering from an injury. We can provide exercise modifications to meet your needs.
