Description

Childbirth Education

From the comfort of your home, you can access our childbirth course to help you prepare for the birth of your baby. This course covers information on the stages of labor and delivery, relaxation and breathing techniques and how they can ease the pain of labor, and the coach's role.

Other topics include medication, epidurals, medical procedures, and your care following birth. This class is taught by certified childbirth educators.
