Vickie Newell has worked at Mary Greeley Medical Center since February 1991 and currently serves as the Volunteer and Older Adult Services Manager. Prior to that, she was the Community Relations Assistant and a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Newell received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Leisure Studies with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation from Iowa State University in 1990. She has served on the Heartland Senior Services Board of Director, Story County Health Lifestyles Task Force, and currently serves on a Healthiest Ames sub-committee focusing on older adult physical activity.

Jennifer Bahlmann Ballantine began working at Mary Greeley in January 2010, as The Auxiliary Gift Shop Manager & Buyer. Prior to Mary Greeley, Bahlmann Ballantine worked for almost 20 years with Talbots, managing stores in Ames, Iowa City, and Des Moines. She graduated from Wartburg College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts with a Public Relations emphasis, and a French Minor.
