The Mary Greeley CARES fund supports YOU (our employees), our patients and our community. Here are some of the programs funded by your gifts:

• Growth & Development – certifications, training, conferences, speakers, training equipment
• Employee Emergency support – rent, medical bills, utilities, etc.
• Employee Engagement & Recognition – coffee bar, seasonal activities, etc. 
• Community Impact – United Way

You will be emailed a confirmation of your donation upon completion of this form. Deductions will begin with the 1/7/2025 paycheck.
