Phillips Respironics Recall Information
Philips Respironics has issued a recall for certain CPAPS, BiLevel PAPS and ventilators. This voluntary recall is related to concerns about a polyester-based polyurethane sound abatement foam used in these devices. Mary Greeley inpatients who have one of these devices may need to use a different device while in the hospital.

We offer equipment sales, rental and service. To help eliminate confusion in choices and use, credentialed and specially trained staff work with physicians, therapists, and nurses. Our staff provide:
- Free review of home environment for equipment needs
- Individualized training and education
- Free delivery of larger equipment items
- Assistance in transition to home or other facility
We offer a wide range of medical products that can help you at home, including:
- Respiratory and Sleep Therapy equipment: Oxygen, CPAP/Bi-PAP and aerosol nebulizer equipment
- Mobility equipment: Walkers, wheelchairs, crutches, canes, scooters, and lift chairs
- Safety equipment: Hospital beds, patient lifts, and bath and shower aids
- Additional specialty items and home health aids for all ages, including breast pumps, compression stockings, and public access automated external defibrillators

We have a large showroom at 1114 Duff Ave., across the street from Mary Greeley Medical Center. Please visit us to try out equipment before you buy or rent. We serve residents in a 14-county area of central Iowa, essentially all communities within a 75-mile radius of Ames. If you are outside the primary service area, please call to see if we can meet your individual needs.
