From our specialists, nurses and health aides, to our home medical equipment and hospice services, each member of our experienced staff is specially trained in the delivery of your in-home care.

Types of Home Health Services

There are three general types of Home Health Services:

1. In-Home Health Care: Under a physician's order, registered nurses are available to provide skilled nursing care and serve as the primary supervisor of other in-home services.
2. Hospice: Mary Greeley Medical Center Hospice Home Care and Israel Family Hospice House provides care and support for terminally ill patients so that they may die peacefully and pain-free.
3. Home Medical Equipment: Mary Greeley Home Medical Equipment offers high-quality medical equipment and professional services needed in the home.

How Do I Pay for Home Health Services?

Many home health services are reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance. We can help you determine what services are covered by your individual plan. We use a sliding fee scale to help those who do not have insurance to cover the services.
