Story County Public Health is offering a 10-week, research-based course designed to help individuals 55 and older, reduce their risk of developing dementia by up to 70% through the adoption of simple lifestyle changes.

Before registering and providing payment, you'll need to go through a phone screening. Use the registration link to complete the screening form.

The cost of this program is $20 for the 10-week program, which includes one-on-one consultations with a pharmacist, dietitian, fitness professional and wellness coach.

Unlocking Brain Fitness - Keys to Dementia Prevention Logo

Story County Public Health is offering a 10-week, research-based course designed to help participants reduce their risk of developing dementia by up to 70% through the adoption of simple lifestyle changes.

This course is designed for individuals aged 55 and older. Participants must be able to live independently, actively take part in goal setting, and understand course materials and class activities.

The cost of this program is $20 for the 10-week program, which includes one-on-one consultations with a pharmacist, dietician, fitness professional and wellness coach.
