Professional Nursing Practice Model & Care Delivery System
The Professional Practice Model (PPM) describes how Nursing supports the Strategic Plan at Mary Greeley Medical Center, and is consistent with Mary Greeley’s mission, vision and values. Our Care Delivery System (CDS) is Patient-Centered Care. Nurses perform several roles in providing Patient-Centered Care: Protector, Healer, Guide, Teacher, Collaborator and Leader.
