Texas Roadhouse Donates To Bliss Cancer Center

Texas Roadhouse recently donated to the William R. Bliss Cancer CenterAMES, IA – Texas Roadhouse recently donated to the William R. Bliss Cancer Center through the Mary Greeley Foundation.

The local restaurant ran a promotion during the month of October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, selling “Stompin’ Out Breast Cancer” t-shirts and sweatshirts. They donated Texas Roadhouse gift cards which will be given to cancer patients via the Dr. Joe Rhoades Cancer Compassion Fund.

Gifts to the foundation for the Bliss Cancer Center support the programs and services of the center including the Cancer Navigator Program, Cancer Nutrition Program and Courage in Motion Program. Gifts also help fund patient and staff education opportunities.
