St. Cecilia School Donates to Bliss Cancer Center
St. Cecilia School recently donated to the William R. Bliss Cancer Center through the Mary Greeley Foundation.
Students chose the cancer center for their October monthly service project in honor of cancer awareness. They were able to wear jeans and their St. Cecilia spirit shirts for a donation to the cause. The students and staff raised over $200.
Gifts to the foundation for the Bliss Cancer Center support the programs and services of the center including the Cancer Navigator Program, Cancer Nutrition Program and Courage in Motion Program. Gifts also help fund patient and staff education opportunities.
