Ames High School Students Donate To Mary Greeley Medical Center
AMES, IA – Students from the Ames High School business economic class recently donated to the Mary Greeley Medical Center through the Mary Greeley Foundation.
Classroom teacher Vicki Hales explained, “Teams of students each created an online business, designed a t-shirt concept and implemented marketing to sell their designs. After two weeks of selling their products, profits were donated to the nonprofit of their choice. The class voted and chose Mary Greeley to receive the donation.”
Gifts to the foundation support the programs and services of the Mary Greeley Medical Center and help provide the very best care to central Iowans.
